This website provides general information about Power Designs Web services and pricing. Information may change without notice. A project is only accepted once its written scope, price and terms have been agreed in a quotation or service agreement.
Pricing
Displayed package prices apply to the described standard scope for informational business websites. Additional pages, functionality, paid third-party services, e-commerce and work outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately. Power Designs Web is not currently VAT registered, so VAT is not added to listed prices.
Payment
Payment schedules and due dates are agreed in writing before work begins. Payment plans may require hosting with Power Designs Web until agreed payments are complete.
Intellectual property
Website content, branding and materials on this site belong to Power Designs Web unless stated otherwise. Client-project ownership, refunds, payment and handover are governed by our Client service agreement and your written quotation.
Client projects
Paid website design work is accepted only after a written quote is agreed. Scope, deposits, invoices, cancellations, ownership and POPIA handling for project work are set out in the Client service agreement.
Demonstration work
Projects labelled as demonstrations are fictional concepts used to show design capability. They are not presented as completed client engagements or case studies.
Liability
While reasonable care is taken, this website is provided without a guarantee that all information will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing on this website constitutes legal, tax or financial advice.
